Instrumentation Downtime Notice – 20/06/2025

Dear Clients,

We have experienced unexpected downtime with our ICP equipment due to a temperature spike, which has resulted in delays in retrieving elemental data.

Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and implement measures to prevent further disruptions. Please note that there may be delays in reporting as we address any ongoing issues and work through the backlog of samples accumulated during the downtime.

Sending Samples to the correct Lab address post Re-Location:

For those customers who have been using the German Hub to send their samples to the UK please continue to do so as normal by sending your samples to:

Pre-paid DHL Returns Bags

If using the pre-paid DHL returns bags, these samples will be shipped directly to the UK lab, avoiding any potential issues with customs clearance etc and the collections can be booked online using the DHL RETURNS function on the Lubetrend Portal. (Contact your sample Kit Supplier or use the 'Contact Us' button on the login page for more information should this option be of interest).
