For those customers who have been using the German Hub to send their samples to the UK please continue to do so as normal by sending your samples to:

If using the pre-paid DHL returns bags, these samples will be shipped directly to the UK lab, avoiding any potential issues with customs clearance etc and the collections can be booked online using the DHL RETURNS function on the Lubetrend Portal. (Contact your sample Kit Supplier or use the 'Contact Us' button on the login page for more information should this option be of interest).
Alternatively, you can send your samples direct to the UK lab, ensuring you use the new lab address below:
